As one of China’s core textile and garment industrial clusters, Xiliu Town is located at a strategic node connecting southern Liaoning coast and inland Northeast China. Covered by the radiation of Shenyang, Dalian and Yingkou Free Trade Zones, it serves as a vital gateway for the northern Belt and Road cross-Eurasian “Liaoning-Inner Mongolia-Europe” and “Liaoning-Manzhouli-Europe” corridors. Covering 64.12 square kilometers with a daily floating population of 80,000–100,000, Xiliu is a nationally renowned commercial town built on garment trade.
In 2024, Xiliu’s garment industrial cluster achieved a transaction volume of over 90.06 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 12%. Its logistics turnover reached 62.75 billion yuan and cargo throughput hit 1.147 million tons. Xiliu Logistics Park operates 532 mature logistics routes covering most areas across China. The local e-commerce sector maintains robust growth, with online transaction volume reaching 27.1 billion yuan in 2024, up 23% year-on-year, greatly surpassing the 2020 figure of 13.2 billion yuan. Live-streaming and cross-border e-commerce have become new industrial growth drivers. Continuously expanding its global influence, Xiliu Market exports to more than 120 countries and regions, upgrading from a Northeast supply base to a global procurement center and a key opening-up window of Haicheng.
Hosted at Xiliu Garment Trade City, the 2026 China (Northeast) International Textile, Clothing and Printing Industry Expo adheres to three core commitments: more professional audiences, larger exhibition scale and better exhibition results. Based on Xiliu’s strong industrial aggregation of textile, garment, printing, embroidery and dyeing industries, the expo builds an efficient full-industry-chain platform for exhibition, communication and trade, further amplifying Xiliu’s industrial radiation effect and boosting high-quality development of Northeast China’s textile and garment industry.
