The company's R&D team is led by senior engineers with over 10 years of experience in textile inkjet ink and application research. The company's inkjet products cover nano pigment pastes for inkjet, heat transfer coating inks, direct coating inks, pigment inks, disperse transfer inks and their related supporting products, which are suitable for various machines with printheads such as Epson, Kyocera and Starfire.

The company owns modern production workshops, with an annual production capacity of over 2,000 tons of inkjet inks.         DIGITAL PYROGRAPHYPIGMENT INK(DTF)

        DTF textile pigment ink is an important material for digital pyrography with DTF printing film, powder,etc, Morecolor DTF digital pyrography pigment ink has the following characteristics:

1. Adhere to the use of high-quality resin,the finished transfer product has a soft hand feel, good stretchability ,and good washing fastness

2. Suitable for use with four-head/five-head printers, 100% ink volume printing without ink flow.

3. Compatible with various printing films , no cracking or perforation when applied on different pet films.

4. Good standby and cleaning performance, with ultra-long standby without clogging.

5. The white ink formula has good recovery, and can be redispersed by shaking lightly after being placed for a long time, and has good fluidity.

6. The quality stability of ink batches is good , and each batch of ink is strictly tested for smoothness printing,film adaptability test, whiteness test, etc. before shipment

DIRECT PRINTING TEXTILE PIGMENT INK

Direct printing textile pigment ink is a kind of ink that is printed directly on fabrics. morecolor direct printing textile pigment ink products include gray cloth direct printing textile pigment ink, cutting-piece direct printing textile pigment ink,Garments ( DTG ) direct printing textile pigment ink and related supporting pretreatment fiuids, etc.; We have developed different products suitable for Epson 13200 print head, Staright SG1024 print head, Ricoh Gen5/6print head, Kyocera KJ4B print head and other supporting digital inkjet machines; Morecolor direct printing pigment ink has the following characteristics:

1. Ink has good fluency on various printing machines, meeting the continuous industrial production needs

2. Ink has good standby performance under both flash and no flash conditions, and has good application performance under humidity conditions of around 30%

3. White ink has high whiteness,strong coverage,bright colors,and good white color compatibility

4. Suitable for different fabrics such as cotton,linen,and blended fabrics,with wet rubbing fastness of 3 levels above

5. Select safe and environmentally friendly materials,pass ADIDAS A0l environmental testing,and meet the standards for infants and young children
