New Multifunctional CNC Roller Transfer Machine

1. Equipped with Taiwan TECO programmable PLC touch screen operation panel and external circuit board, ensuring long service life of electronic components.

2. Adopts Taiwan-brand independent automatic intelligent deviation correction system to prevent blankets from deviating during continuous transfer.

3. The roller features an oil heating system and a fully enclosed vacuum structure, enabling more uniform and stable overall temperature distribution. The roller surface is coated with Teflon, boasting high hardness, wear resistance, and anti-sticking properties. With high-end hardware configuration, the main wallboards and all shafts/rollers are fully reinforced and crafted with professional precision.

Automatic Hydraulic Four-Station Heat Transfer Machine

1. Equipped with a servo motor, ensuring stable operation and controllable speed. The rotary multi-station design improves work efficiency, saving time and effort with simple operation. The pressure is stable and uniform, reaching 20kg/cm², with precise positioning to prevent deviation.

2. Featuring a 320° rotatable external touch screen and the most advanced PLC programmable numerical control system, it supports multi-language switching and is equipped with piece-counting and alarm functions. Fully automatic control allows free adjustment of feeding time and turntable speed.
