The 8th ASEAN (Vietnam) International Textile, Clothing and Printing Industry Expo
Exhibition News
On August 20, 2025, Hangzhou IECHO Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "IECHO") made its debut at the 2025 Vietnam International Textile, Clothing and Printing Industry Expo (ITCPE Vietnam) with a new-generation intelligent cutting solution, and its innovative technology has attracted widespread attention in the industry. During the exhibition, Vicky, Sales Manager of IECHO, accepted an exclusive interview with the media, providing in-depth insights into the company’s technological breakthroughs, service strategies and future development strategies, and revealing how this Chinese tech enterprise leverages intelligent cutting technology as a fulcrum to drive the transformation and upgrading of the global non-metallic material processing industry.
Vicky, Sales Manager of IECHO is being interviewed
Core Technology: The Leap from "Execution Tool" to "Intelligent Decision-Making"
"A traditional cutting machine is merely a tool that executes commands, while what we IECHO provide is an intelligent cutting solution." Vicky summed up IECHO’s technological difference in one sentence. Relying on its independently developed motion control system and multi-functional tool module, IECHO deeply integrates AI, IoT, and big data technologies to create a full-link solution covering "automatic identification - intelligent nesting - precise cutting", realizing a qualitative transformation from "being able to cut" to "being able to think".
Take the textile and garment industry as an example: its dynamic nesting algorithm can analyze material properties (such as texture and elasticity) in real time, increasing fabric utilization rate by 15% to 20%. Meanwhile, it supports the flexible production mode of "small batches and multiple styles", accurately meeting the dual demands of fast fashion and high-end customization.
For example, to address the pain point of small-batch production, IECHO has launched its BK4 High-Speed Digital Cutting System:
BK4 High-Speed Digital Cutting System
1.Single-layer / Small-batch Multi-layer Cutting: Equipped with a high-precision motion control system and dynamic nesting algorithm, it significantly improves efficiency while ensuring cutting accuracy;
2. Quick Mode Switching: It adapts to the flexible needs ranging from single-piece customization to small-batch production, reducing the cost of manual intervention;
3. Rush Order Handling: By optimizing the production process, it shortens the delivery cycle and addresses the industry pain point of "difficulty in handling rush orders".
Currently, this technology has been extended to over 10 industries including composite materials, automotive interiors, and advertising packaging, serving more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. It has become a key enabler for the intelligent upgrading of the non-metallic material processing sector.
Global Coverage Strategy: Precise Matching of Standardization and Customization
"IECHO BY YOUR SIDE" is not just a service slogan, but also an innovation in business model. In response to the diverse needs of customers of different scales, IECHO has put forward the service concept of "standardized technology + customized solutions", aiming to achieve the goal of "affordable for everyone and easy to use for everyone".
Small and Medium-sized Customers: Launch of the GLSA Series models, which meet daily production needs with cost-effectiveness and basic functions;
Medium and Large-sized Customers: Provision of the GLSC Series equipment, which enhances production capacity and speed to adapt to large-scale orders;
High-end Customers: Customization of the GP Series models, which integrate high-precision sensors and adaptive algorithms to accurately process special fabrics (such as silk and lace).
Vicky emphasized, "Whether customers pursue cost-effectiveness, production capacity, or ultimate precision, IECHO can provide a 'just-right' solution." This tiered service strategy not only lowers the intelligentization threshold for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) but also meets the high-end customers' demands for precision and personalization.
Global Localization Layout: A Demand-Driven Agile Service Ecosystem
IECHO's competitiveness stems not only from its technology, but also from its strategic layout of "global service, local response". By establishing subsidiaries and building localized teams in Germany and Southeast Asia, the company has developed a delivery model of "standardized technology + customized solutions", such as:
In the European market, IECHO has deeply integrated the precision craftsmanship of the acquired German company Aristo, transforming its century-old industrial heritage into standardized technology modules to provide solutions with millimeter-level precision and industrial-grade stability for the high-end manufacturing sector. In response to the high production capacity demands of textile industry clusters in Southeast Asia, IECHO has helped local enterprises undertake international orders through parameter optimization and algorithm iteration. In the domestic Chinese market, IECHO focuses on the flexible production trend of "small orders with quick response", establishing a 48-hour demand response mechanism to ensure that customer feedback is quickly incorporated into the R&D process.
"A packaging company in Vietnam wanted to reduce energy consumption, and we adjusted the equipment algorithm within a week," Vicky gave an example. This rapid closed loop of "demand - iteration - delivery" not only ensures the reliability of standardized technology, but also improves market adaptability through customized solutions, achieving a dual breakthrough in technical barriers and service efficiency.
Future Layout: Focusing on Flexibility, Intelligence, and Sustainable Manufacturing
Facing the global trend of intelligent manufacturing, Vicky stated that IECHO will focus its efforts on three key directions in the next 3-5 years: deepening flexible solutions, continuous upgrading of AI algorithms, and full-lifecycle environmental protection. For instance, it will launch modular equipment in the textile and garment sector to support a digital closed loop of "design - nesting - cutting"; reduce manual intervention through an adaptive material recognition system; and optimize equipment energy consumption to help customers lower carbon emissions.
"Our goal is not just to be an equipment supplier, but also a partner in the industry's transformation and upgrading," Vicky emphasized. Against the backdrop of the non-metallic industry evolving from scale-oriented production to personalized manufacturing, this Chinese technology enterprise is using intelligent cutting technology as a fulcrum to drive the value reconstruction of the global industrial chain.
