Currently, the organizing committe e of Guangzhou International Textile Clothing and Printing Industry Expo paid a visit to one of the cooperation partners of Guangdong Enping YUCHEN Machinery Factory, Qianxing Quilted Cotton Embroidery Factory, getting feedback and feeling of using YUCHEN's machine.

Guangzhou Qianxing is known to be a company focusing on quilted cotton embroidery. Beyond the factory in Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province, there are sole production lines in Dongguan City. The equipment we are putting into use now is mainly from YUCHEN. "YUCHEN machinery is well-known for its high quality and thus satisfies our goal." Mr. Dai told us that YUCHEN's quilting machine meets their requirements in terms of stability, pattern precision, and fullness.

General Manager Mr. Dai led us around the factory and explained why they chose YUCHENMACHINERY:" The reason lies in many aspects of YUCHEN machinery outpaced in the similar equiment. For example, the screw lead is very state-of-the-art and has a long, more than 20-year lifespan. Furthermore, it has very high precision, so thin silk could be handled. The benefits mentioned above make it unbeatable.

Thin Real Silk Can Be Handled

Mr. Dai told us that the PB lines are very threaded and have strong fuziness, and an average quilting machine would cause breakage, but this issue would not appear in YUCHEN's quilting machines. Instead of breakage, YUCHEN makes the whole process smooth.

Furthermore, Mr. Dai told us another reason why YUCHEN became their choice: Steability. "Even in high-speed operation, there are no signs of vibration. The pattern it made is without any distortion. The key lies in its weight. The chassis of it is quite heavy. It is 500 kilograms heavier than the quilting machine of the same kind."

When inquiring the after-sales services, Mr. Dai stated that the follow-up services is very timely. YUCHEN official would give us instruction via video talk or provide door-to-door service.

When asked if there were any improvements yet to be made, Mr. Dai told us that they hoped YUCHEN could adhere to the principle of "innovation first," and they anticipated that more quality and innovative products could be made by YUCHEN.
