费会长除了是天门市服装电商行业协会会长之外还是起点供应链管理有限公司的总经理。起点供应链管理有限公司创办于2021年，是一条集面料、辅料、印花、生产、加工、销售、物流、财务管理等于一体的服装全产业链。这条产业链的初步建立，带动了当地3000多人从事服装产业。

“之所以打造全产业链，不仅是为了满足自身需求，也是看到了市场的需求。”费会长介绍，目前，公司收入有近一半来自本土市场，像面料、印花等单项目，在天门行业基本属于前列。费会长告诉我们，起点公司于2022年已成功实现成交额7亿余元，2023年，每月成交量已近40万件。
