On January 15, 2026, the 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou team went abroad and successfully hosted an international promotion conference alongside the Bangladesh Textile, Clothing and Printing Industry Forum in Bangladesh. This landmark event brought together a host of experts and enterprise representatives from the textile, garment, printing and embroidery sectors across China, Bangladesh and the globe. More importantly, it forged a pivotal platform for exchange and collaboration within the world’s textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry.


01 Gathering of Industry Elites, Shaping the New Trends of the Sector
To kick off the conference, Mohammad Ashraful Islam, Editor-in-Chief of Textile Focus, delivered an opening speech and extended a warm welcome to all distinguished guests. He stated that as a strategic partner of 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou, Textile Focus was honored to take the lead in organizing this event. He also expressed great willingness to leverage the publication’s industrial influence to fully promote the high-quality resources and core highlights of 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou to peers in Bangladesh’s textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, and facilitate the in-depth exchange and win-win development of the textile, garment, printing and embroidery industries between China and Bangladesh.

Following this, a number of industry experts and enterprise representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as technological innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
Mr. Huang Zhongyu from Caiyun Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. kicked off the sharing session with his presentation titled “Comprehensive Solution and Introduction of New Technology for Water-Based Printing”. He elaborated on the company’s extensive product portfolio, which includes digital printing ink series, special effect ink series, and water-based PU ink series, and proposed feasible pathways for replacing traditional chemicals with eco-friendly materials, offering fresh ideas for the green development of the industry. This presentation not only demonstrated the proactive exploration of Chinese enterprises in environmental protection technology but also provided valuable insights for the environmental transformation of Bangladesh’s textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, thus opening the prelude to this exchange.

Mr. Amer Salim, Chairman of Knit Asia Group, took the floor next. He commended the various favorable visitor initiatives launched by 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou for Bangladeshi attendees, noting that these measures have provided Bangladeshi enterprises with more opportunities to access cutting-edge technologies and market trends. They help enhance Bangladeshi enterprises' technical capabilities and market competitiveness, enabling them to better integrate into the global textile and garment industry chain, and thus play a positive role in boosting the development of Bangladesh's textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry.

Mr. Li Tao from Zhongshan Tianqi Printing Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. delivered a presentation titled “Move Beyond Traditional Inefficiency: Multiple Advantages of Tianqi Intelligent Printing Equipment”. He demonstrated how AI-driven automated printing equipment can boost production capacity, and introduced the company’s major product lines, including the Tianqi Q Series fully automatic/oval printing machines, Tianqi Intelligent Gantry-type Large Platform Series, Tianqi X Series rotary printing machines, and Tianqi Oval + Digital Printing Machines.
Among these, the Tianqi Q Series fully automatic/oval printing machines stand out with 15 key features, such as high-precision full servo drive and an intelligent CNC fine-tuning registration system. The company also showcased auxiliary equipment like heat presses, automatic dust blowers, and automatic sheet spreaders, fully demonstrating its strong capabilities in the field of intelligent printing equipment. This presentation allowed Bangladeshi enterprises to witness China’s leading achievements in the intelligentization of textile printing equipment, providing a valuable reference for their equipment upgrading initiatives.

Md. Aslam Hossain, President of the Screen Printing Welfare Association, expressed his eager anticipation of visiting 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou to witness the cutting-edge innovations in the textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry. He stated that Bangladeshi enterprises could introduce advanced technologies and equipment tailored to the local textile, garment, printing and embroidery market through the exhibition, driving the upgrading of the local industry. Meanwhile, it would help strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Bangladeshi enterprises, and promote complementary advantages between the two sides in terms of technology, market and other aspects.

Mr. Yang Shanhui from Chuanghui Printing and Dyeing Machinery Co., Ltd. delivered a presentation entitled New Development Trends of Traditional Flat Screen Printing, exploring how intelligent transformation empowers traditional craftsmanship. Chuanghui’s flat screen printing machines cover the entire workflow from fabric loading to drying/curing, with key components including printing tables and screen holders. Boasting vivid color reproduction and strong compatibility, these machines are widely applied in fashion apparel, home textiles and other sectors, and hold an important position in the industry. His sharing provided valuable experience for the intelligent upgrading of Bangladesh’s traditional textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, helping Bangladeshi enterprises improve production efficiency and product quality while preserving the advantages of traditional craftsmanship.

Md. Monirul Alam, Executive Director of Dysin Group, expressed his great honor to participate in this event and believed that it would help gain a more comprehensive understanding of 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou. He recognized the enormous potential for cooperation between China and Bangladesh in the textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, and hoped to strengthen cooperation with Chinese enterprises and explore the international market together through the platform of 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou. He stated that the two countries had strong complementarity in this industry, and cooperation would enable resource sharing, thus jointly enhancing industrial competitiveness.

Ms. Liu Jixiang from Jiaxing Xiyan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. showcased her company’s product competitiveness through a case study titled Signstar Empowers Your Business Transformation from Traditional to Digital and a series of videos. She also analyzed the application value of digital printing in flexible supply chains, providing practical references for enterprises embarking on digital transformation. Ms. Liu expressed her hope to help Bangladeshi enterprises better adapt to the development demands of the digital era and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. Against the backdrop of the global digital wave, her sharing holds significant practical significance and points out a clear direction for the digital transformation of Bangladeshi enterprises.

Mr. Abu Sayem, General Manager of Tropical Knitex, expressed his hope to conduct closer cooperation with Chinese partners. He noted that China and Bangladesh boast strong complementarity in the textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, and that enhanced exchanges and interactions can enable resource sharing and mutual complementarity of advantages. He looked forward to in-depth cooperation between the two sides in technological R&D, market expansion and other aspects, to jointly address the challenges of the global market and achieve a win-win development outcome.

Finally, Ms. Panna from Hong Kong Allallinfo Media Group Limited delivered a themed presentation entitled 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou Special Promotion Session & Professional Buyer Matching Event in Bangladesh. She announced that the 21st Guangzhou International Textile, Garment & Printing Industry Expo 2026 would be held at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou, China from May 19 to 21, 2026, and extended a warm welcome to professionals from all sectors of the textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry to visit and source at the expo!

02 Extensive Participation & Enthusiastic Responses
The event drew participants covering the entire textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry chain, including middle and senior managers from enterprises in manufacturing, printing and dyeing, chemicals, trade, testing and other sectors. Statistics show that over 60% of attendees were from leading local enterprises in Bangladesh, with the rest being representatives of Chinese-funded institutions in Bangladesh, international buyers and industry associations. All participants agreed that the forum topics closely addressed industry pain points. Especially against the backdrop of increasingly stringent environmental regulations and rising labor costs, the technological input from Chinese enterprises provided feasible solutions for the industrial upgrading of Bangladesh.

After the event, many local Bangladeshi participants stated: "This event is not only a showcase of the strength of China's textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry, but also an international platform for Bangladeshi enterprises to learn and cooperate. Through exchanges with Chinese enterprises, we have gained insights into a wealth of advanced technologies and management experience, which will greatly help us enhance our own competitiveness. We look forward to consolidating Bangladesh's position in the global textile, garment, printing and embroidery supply chain through technology introduction and localized innovation."



With the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, the cooperation potential between China and Bangladesh in the textile, clothing, printing and embroidery industry continues to unlock. This trip to Dhaka marks a crucial step in the global strategy of 2026 ITCPE Guangzhou. Taking technology as the link and market as the guide, this cross-border industry event is injecting innovative vitality into the global textile, garment, printing and embroidery industry. Going forward, Chinese and Bangladeshi enterprises will further strengthen cooperation in technological R&D, production and manufacturing, market expansion and other aspects, join hands to draw a new blueprint for sustainable development, and jointly drive the high-quality development of the global textile, clothing, printing and embroidery industry.
