The team conducted an in-depth visit to this rapidly emerging enterprise in the digital printing field and held in-depth exchanges with Mr. Li Jianping, General Manager of Xinfang Digital. His profound insights into industry development, grand production capacity planning and proactive market layout left a deep impression.

PART 01 Insight into the Industry: Seize New Opportunities and Challenges

Xinfang Digital initially engaged in traditional printing business. However, the rise of e-commerce has brought about brand-new underlying logic, such as demands for inventory reduction, fragmented orders, flexible orders and one-click customization—needs that the traditional model struggled to meet. With sharp insight into the development potential of digital printing as a new track, General Manager Li resolutely laid out the digital printing sector, achieving zero inventory, disintermediation and direct sales, and transforming towards an integration of industry and trade. Founded amid industry transformation, the factory quickly emerged in the market by virtue of its flexible model of "minimum order quantity of 1 meter, small-batch quick response" and diverse technologies including reactive digital printing and disperse digital printing.

Mr. Li believes that the current textile printing industry is at a critical stage of era iteration: the market's requirements for product quality are increasingly higher, and the era of unregulated growth in the industry has come to an end. Only high-quality products can capture the market and achieve sustainable development. With advantages such as high efficiency, flexibility, and support for personalized customization, digital printing has become a new direction for the industry's development.

He points out that digital printing will eventually move toward high-speed machines, and family workshop-style enterprises will struggle to survive. Large-scale operation, industrialization, and capacity expansion are the keys for enterprises to gain a foothold in the market. The company also plans to add multiple digital printing machines in the future.

PART 02 Advanced Equipment Lays a Solid Foundation for Production Capacity

Xinfang Digital boasts a self-built industrial park with a scientific, rational and well-organized layout, where various types of advanced digital printing equipment are neatly arranged. What is particularly noteworthy is that the first One-Pass digital printing equipment in South China has settled here.

This equipment features outstanding performance, with an operating speed of 80-100 meters per minute and a daily production capacity of up to 80,000 meters. In a single month, the production capacity of one such equipment is close to 3 million meters. Moreover, it possesses strong pattern transformation capabilities—even for a 100-meter fabric, it can easily realize 100 pattern changes, fully meeting the market's demand for personalized and diversified products.

While greatly improving production efficiency, the equipment also significantly reduces site costs and labor costs, truly achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement. This is the key factor behind Xinfang Digital's decisive choice and large-scale introduction of such equipment. Currently, Xinfang Digital has been equipped with multiple sets of such advanced equipment, with another four expected to be fully in place within two years. An additional one will be added by the end of this year to further strengthen its production capacity.

In addition, Xinfang Digital has signed a procurement contract for high-configuration equipment, which is expected to be in place before the New Year. Multiple digital printing equipment on the first floor are currently under installation and commissioning. Mr. Li revealed that after all equipment is fully upgraded, the company's daily output value will reach 500,000 meters, with a monthly output of at least 15 million meters and an annual output value expected to exceed 600 million yuan.

In addition to the equipment procurement plan, Xinfang Digital will continue to expand its R&D team in terms of personnel allocation. Mr. Li told us that the company has formulated a professional talent reserve plan and established in-depth cooperation with Foshan Dyeing and Printing College to jointly carry out a talent incubation program, laying the groundwork for future development.

PART 03 Sustained Investment to Enhance Comprehensive Competitiveness

To further improve production capacity and competitiveness, Xinfang Digital has formulated a detailed equipment procurement plan. In addition to the company's existing equipment and the equipment to be put in place soon, Xinfang Digital will introduce more efficient and high-quality digital printing equipment to meet production capacity needs in line with the company's development.

Mr. Li stated that Xinfang Digital will soon launch the Phase II expansion project and put the acid printing business into operation. The company attaches great importance to intelligent and systematic management. Currently, it has built a laboratory system worth over 1 million yuan and introduced an ERP system, realizing real-time order tracking as well as systematic, data-driven and standardized management.

In addition, Mr. Li revealed that Xinfang Digital will invest 15 million yuan in the construction of pre-treatment supporting facilities in the future to form a complete industrial chain. Meanwhile, the company is also undergoing the construction of international certification systems such as GRS and SJS to prepare for expanding into the international market.
