1. High-Speed Flat & Towel Embroidery Machine Series FMH-924+924 (500/600x850)

The newly developed highly integrated electronic control system has been comprehensively upgraded for loop forming, needle tracking, color changing, frame movement and other control functions, delivering more controllable parameters, stronger adaptability, less electrical interference, better stability and extremely low failure rate.

The new high-speed towel embroidery head adopts an overhead needle steering tracking drive shaft, making embroidery operation and maintenance more convenient.

The new generation of ultra-high-speed towel embroidery head features higher speed, greater stability and lower noise. It supports up to 12 colors for towel embroidery, with a maximum speed of 1200 rpm.

It is the first domestic application of dual H-axis direct-drive technology, which enables segmented and precise control of high-speed multi-head systems. This ensures more balanced loop formation for each shuttle and significantly reduces energy consumption and load of the loop-forming motors.

Self-developed dual-cam high-speed head features extremely low failure rate, long service life, low noise and stable, reliable performance.

Optional electronic lubrication device (timed version available) provides fixed-point lubrication for the head and rotary hook mechanism, reducing component wear and thread breakage while boosting production efficiency.
