Since 1993, Foshan Sanshui Yingjie Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. ( New King Time) is specialized in ceramic machinery manufacture in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We provide to the customers with comprehensive service from designing the new line, product development to technology consultancy and operation training. Based on 31 years' accumulation, our company has formed a professional, reliable and experienced staff which are nearly 300 people now. Among them, 60% are intermediate engineers.

Textile Scanning Inkjet Printer

Textile scanning inkjet printer is a device that directly prints patterns onto textiles through digital means. Its working principle is to input the patterns to be printed into a computer by scanning, digital photos or computer design, and then separate and process the colors of the patterns with special software. During printing, the nozzles move back and forth along the weft direction of the textile. After each printing pass, the textile moves forward a certain distance, and then the nozzles start the next pass. A complete pattern is finally formed on the textile through multiple printing passes.

It can be applied to the printing of various textiles such as clothing, home textiles, curtains and carpets. It can print fashionable and personalized patterns to meet the needs of different consumers.

Common nozzle configurations include Kyocera nozzles and Epson nozzles. New Jingtai F418 textile scanning inkjet printer is equipped with 32 Kyocera EX600 nozzles, with a printing output of 640 m²/h for 1 PASS and 400 m²/h for 2 PASS. F832 textile scanning inkjet printer is equipped with 64 Kyocera EX600 nozzles. Different nozzle configurations will affect the performance such as printing speed and precision.

Textile Scanning Paper Printer

Textile scanning paper printer is a device used for pre-treatment of digital printing in the textile industry. It is mainly used in the field of textile digital printing. In the production of textiles such as clothing, home textiles, curtains and carpets, patterns can be printed on paper first, and then transferred to textiles through processes such as heat transfer printing, realizing personalized and diversified printing of textiles.
